The Ultimate Guide to Finding Your Dream Wedding Dress
This is our 5 step guide to finding your dream dress.
Start with a Pinterest board, just save anything that you like the look of! More than likely there will be a theme, whether thats a lot of lace or a specific neckline, a detail will pop out and thats what you'll want to look for at your appointments.

Set a budget. Your dream gown doesn't have to cost $10k but you need to have a budget to ensure when you find your dress you can say YES without the financial worry! Telling your consultant at the start of your appointment will allow to help pull options for you within your budget.
Research stores and designers in the area you want to go shopping! For example you found through Pinterest you gravitate towards a vintage timeless look but still modern! KWH bridal could be perfect, they blend vintage elegance with timeless modern structure.

Start going to your bridal appointments when you are ready to say YES to your dress when you find it. You ideally want to start shopping 8-10 months before wedding day to allow for delivery times (each store may vary). You want to shop when you're ready to buy because gowns can be discontinued, meaning a dress you fell in love with 3 months ago is no longer available to order and the store may have already sold the sample. Also when you find your gown and everything feels right, if you keep shopping you'll forever chase that feeling, say YES when you find the one.

Book 3 stores. The first store, you're looking for your pinterest inspiration gowns, try them, are they exactly what you imagined? If they are, you could find the one at your first store; theres no rules saying you cant find it at your first appointment! At your first appointment also allow yourself to try things completely outside of the box, a good majority of brides pick the wildcard!
If you end up going in a different direction, not to worry you can try more at your next store, by the second store you have probably figured out which shape feels more you, if you want detail or not and any definite no's. Try gowns with more intent, the correct shape and overall style you're now looking for but still allow your consultant to make wildcard recommendations!
The third store may not even be needed, you may have already found the one! If you're still searching follow the advice from store two. Look for what you already know works!

With these steps you should be able to find the dress of your dreams with ease!
